TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to FitmasCountdown. These Terms of Service apply to everyone who visits our website or places an order. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Please read them before buying.
1. OUR PRODUCT
Fitmas Countdown is a gym-themed advent calendar with 24 numbered doors and 24 surprises. The surprises are intentionally not listed or shown — finding out one door at a time is part of the product. Contents may vary between batches. The calendar contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3.
2. IMAGES & AI-ASSISTED VISUALS
Some images on this website are created with digital and AI-assisted tools to show the product, its packaging and how it can be enjoyed. They are for illustration. The physical product may differ slightly in color, finish or details. Such differences are not considered defects.
3. REVIEWS & TESTIMONIALS
Testimonials marked as “Sample review” are illustrative examples and not statements from specific customers.
4. PRICES & PROMOTIONS
Prices are shown in your selected currency and may change at any time. Promotions, bundle discounts and limited-time offers are valid while shown on the website and cannot be applied retroactively to past orders. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors at any time.
5. ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Your order is confirmed once you receive our order confirmation email. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not shipped yet. After that, the order cannot be canceled and our Refund Policy applies.
6. OUR RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, unusual order quantities, or destinations we cannot reach. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.
7. SHIPPING
Shipping times, tracking, customs and delivery windows are described in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Returns of unopened calendars, exchanges, damaged items and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
9. ADD-ONS
30-Day Warranty — free replacement of items that break during normal use within 30 days of delivery. Shipping Protection — free reshipment if the package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Mystery Box — one extra surprise, boxed separately; its contents are a surprise and it cannot be returned once opened.
10. CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Support is provided only by email at yourshophelp@outlook.com. To receive help you must include your order number in your message. Messages without an order number will not be answered.
11. PAYMENT DISPUTES
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Delays within the delivery window stated in our Shipping Policy are not grounds for a dispute.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, images, texts, branding and other content on this website belong to FitmasCountdown and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
